Hello, my name is Botshelo, and I’m a TEFL-certified English teacher from South Africa with a strong interest in education, training, and learner development.
I’ve completed my TEFL certification with The TEFL Academy, where I learned how to effectively teach grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and all four key language skills — speaking, listening, reading, and writing — using fun, practical, and results-driven methods.
With experience as a Skills Project Coordinator, I’ve planned, facilitated, and managed accredited and non-accredited training programs for youth learners. This has given me solid experience in learner support and progress tracking, ensuring that every student I engage with meets their goals and feels confident in their learning journey.
I also bring experience as a Sunday school teacher, where I’ve developed strong classroom management, communication, and motivational skills while working with children and teens. This role has taught me how to create inclusive, engaging, and values-based learning environments — skills I now apply in my English lessons.
My teaching style is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to individual goals. Whether your learners want to improve fluency, prepare for exams, or build confidence in conversation, I provide personalized guidance that keeps them engaged and motivated.
I believe my blend of TEFL expertise, facilitation experience, and genuine passion for education makes me a valuable addition to your teaching team.
Thank you for considering my application — I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your organization and help your learners succeed.
