What is Cool Mango Credits?

Cool Mango Credits are the reference standards for cool mango teachers and student contributions. Credits could be obtained by registration, using referral code, uploading courses, class, forum post, Q & A, etc.

What is Cool Mango Levels?

Cool Mango Levels is the reflection of teachers’ or students’ credits, ability, and contribution. There are three Cool Mango levels :  green mango, yellow mango, and red mango. Each Cool Mango level has three levels. Therefore there are a total of nine levels (see the credits and levels table).

How can students get credits?

1. Student registration gets 100 credits.

2. Using the Referral Code when register, you both can get 50 credits respectively.

3. Students recharging can get the corresponding credits (Recharging 15 EURO can get 100 credits. Recharging 150 EURO can get 1000 credits, etc.)

4. If student posts in the forum, each post can get 5 credits. Each question can get 5 credits, each adopted answer can get 5 credits (up to 5 posts and 5 questions per day. Posts and questions must be related to the theme of the forum, the answer must be related to the question. For those which are not related, Cool Mango administrators will remove and punish correspondingly)

Discount for different level students:

Green mango (0-2999 points): No discount when signing up courses.

Yellow mango (3000-5999 points): 5% discount when signing up courses.

Red Mango (6000 and above points): 10% discount when signing up courses.

What is Cool Mango Learning Coins?

Cool Mango Learning Coins are the virtual coins required for learning cool mango courses. Students can buy the learning coins in their personal management platform (Recharge management).

How can students get learning coins?

1. Students can get the learning coins in their personal management platform (Recharge management)

2. If a student recharges for the first time and has a referrer. The referrer and the student can get 5% of the amount recharged. For example, recharging 300 EURO can receive 30 EURO bonus (15 EURO for the referrer and 15 EURO for the student). Note : the bonus will be the corresponding learning coins.

What is Cool Mango Referral Code?

Each registered user has a Referral Code (i.e. user name). If other users fill in the blank of Referral Code with your user name when they register, you both will receive the corresponding credits reward (50 credits / each user).

What are the benefits of referral code?

If a teacher uses referral code when registering, the teacher and the referrer can get 50 credits bonus respectively.

If a student uses referral code when registering, the student and the referrer can get 50 credits bonus respectively.

If a student recharges for the first time, the student and the referrer can get 5% learning coins bonus respectively.

Guarantee Introduction:

1. Seven days Money Back Guarantee only applies for the first recharge of a user.

2. If a user chooses to use 7-days Money Back Guarantee, the corresponding credits and learning coins will be fully retrieved.

3. A user cannot get the refund for the course which has been already signed up, only the remaining can be refunded.

4. For the course which has been already signed up, a user can apply for changing to another course. The changing course service is for free. If the price of the new course is higher than the original one, the price difference must be paid.
